I’ve Gone Crackers

I’ve noticed lately that when I eat wheat I get headaches and I get very tired. I also get stomach pains. It’s not fun at all.

So I’ve tried to cut most wheat out of my diet. Of course this is hard since it’s everywhere and since I love wheat products. One thing I really miss is crackers, but thankfully there are many alternatives out there.

My friend Kate introduced me to “Mary’s Gone Crackers,” which are THE BEST! They’re made with organic brown rice, organic quinoa, organic flax seeds and organic sesame seeds, and they come in 5 flavors: Original, Caraway, Herb, Black Pepper, and Onion. I like Herb and Black Pepper the best.

These crackers are great if you are trying to cut back on wheat in your diet. You can find them at Whole Foods, in the cracker aisle 🙂
