As you know, I love trying new recipes and I just made a “Coconut Chai Breakfast Cake” tonight.
It was very dense and not as sweet as a typical “cake” – just as I like it! Best yet, it’s not super high in calories and has only 2 grams of fat – probably due to the coconut as there are no oils or eggs. I can’t wait to make it again and experiment with different flavors of chai and spices.

I love the Weight Watcher points on the bottom of the menu. It helps me on my program.

this breakfast cake is awesome! i made it last night and had some for breakfast this morning. i gave a piece to thomas and he sure did eat a lot of it while at the same time saying he didn’t like it. what does know.
