i read a report recently that says bout 30% of the American population carries the “fat gene” another article i read said that half of the Eurpoean populationk, including Americans of European descent, carries it. anyway, the point is that a lot of people have this “fat gene.”
and so how do you get around it? exercise!
they recommend exercising every day – up to 3 or 4 hours!
now i know i don’t have time or will to exercise for three hours a day, but it is possible to do things like take the stairs, park far away, walk the dogs, etc. and all of that counts š
